RETURNS POLICY

We happily adhere to the distance selling regulations giving our customers 14 days from receipt to return products for any reason for a refund as long as they are in unchanged condition, unused, never installed and in original packaging. Otherwise a 25% restocking fees will be charged. Electrical parts cannot be returned in any case whatsoever.

All return requests must be submitted. If your order is faulty, incorrectly sent or any other issue you must contact our customer service department within 14 days of purchase for advice before returning the parcel. You will be expected to provide a detailed explanation of the issue within a message. We will be unable to further process the return until we have received this.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note this applies even where the product is listed with Free P&P the cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund.

For exchanges if an item is purchased incorrectly, the buyer must return the item and pay for a reshipping fee in order to ship out a new item.

All mail order and trade exchange turbo units must be returned within 2 weeks from sale. Failure to return this in time will result in the surcharge stated on your invoice becoming immediately due. This will be debited from the original form of payment (CNP). Please note if your turbo is supplied on exchange basis, the price you have paid has been discounted assuming the exchange turbo is supplied. Failure to return the exchange turbo will disqualify you from this discount, therefore the full price must be paid. By accepting the discounted 'exchange' price, you are agreeing to the terms as set out above. If there is a delay in returning your exchange turbo, please call 0161 652 4425 or email us sales@manchesterturbos.com.

We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange/refund. We cannot be responsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage. If any part is received back in an abused/neglected and or dirty state or with no regard to protect it during transit we will simply return the part back to you.
